Rule 6
Post registration
The ministry shall compulsorily register the position along with the job description in the civil library within one month from the date of decision to create the post in order to open the service, group or sub-group and level of the service posts created according to rule 4. After registering the post in that way, the civil library will have to send the information to the Ministry of General Administration, Ministry of Finance and related agencies. The position can be filled only after receiving the information that the position has been registered.
